1. About Us

ImperialMarbleArt (“we”, “our”, “us”) specialises in handcrafted marble creations and luxury bespoke furniture. Every piece is meticulously handmade and produced to order.


2. Orders

  • By placing an order with ImperialMarbleArt, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

  • All items are made-to-order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate access and sufficient space at the delivery location for the purchased items.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Australia-Wide Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners.

  • Customers must ensure the property is fully accessible for delivery.

  • You will be notified of estimated delivery windows.

  • Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

International Delivery

  • International shipping is available depending on carrier availability and destination.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and international fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Warehouse Pick-Up

Customers may also choose to collect their order from our partnered warehouses in Sydney or Melbourne.

  • Items not collected within 10 business days may incur storage charges.

  • Storage may be billed at a weekly rate if collection is delayed beyond the free holding period.


4. Product Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects from the date of delivery or pick-up.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage sustained during transport where the customer or their agent collects the item directly

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


5. Returns, Refunds & Repairs

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selections

  • Failure to verify product details before placing an order

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours, with clear photos and delivery documentation.

  • Repair or replacement will be offered only if the item is deemed faulty under the warranty or Australian Consumer Law.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Ensuring sufficient access at the property

  • Following the recommended care and handling instructions to preserve the product


7. Limitation of Liability

  • ImperialMarbleArt is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the item has been delivered or collected.

  • We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.


8. Dispute Resolution
